the location was acceptable, right next to the cathedral.
I was not happy. The room smelled bad and there was mold on the ceiling. the shower did not drain properly. The water just sat there. the staff acted like i was bothering them when i asked for help with the safe. it seemed like they wanted me to wait until morning, not helpful at all.

small roomlimited breakfast
The room I booked was too small for the price , and there was not enough space to even open my luggage. The breakfast selection felt limited, and the quality of some ordered items was disappointing. It took a long time for the orders to arrive, approximately 45 minutes EACH TIME. Honestly, I expected more given the cost.
